meet jenna richter
Jenna has been exploring the path of yoga for over 20 years, finding in it both a grounding practice and a lifelong source of curiosity. She holds two 200-hour yoga teacher certifications, with a foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and over a year of dedicated Ashtanga practice. Jenna’s classes blend mindful movement, breath, and intention, creating space for students to connect more deeply with themselves—on and off the mat.
She believes the eight-limbed path of yoga is a guidebook for life — not something reserved for the mat, but something to be lived every day. For Jenna, yoga is how you respond in stressful situations, how you cultivate presence, and ultimately how you show up in the world. Her favorite reminder is: “Live in a way that is a reflection of the person you want to be.”
Jenna guides students with presence, warmth, and encouragement. She teaches yoga locally in Downingtown, PA, and hosts weekly online breathwork classes, creating accessible spaces for anyone to explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in their daily lives.
