Hi, I’m Jenna. I’ve been exploring the path of yoga for over 20 years, finding in it both a grounding practice and a lifelong source of curiosity. I hold two 200-hour yoga teacher certifications, with a foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, along with over a year of dedicated Ashtanga practice. In my classes, I weave together mindful movement, breath, and intention to create space for students to connect more deeply with themselves—both on and off the mat.
I believe the eight-limbed path of yoga is a guidebook for life—not something reserved for the studio, but something to be lived every day. For me, yoga is how we respond in stressful situations, how we cultivate presence, and ultimately how we show up in the world. My favorite reminder is: “Live in a way that is a reflection of the person that you want to be.”
I aim to guide students with presence, warmth, and encouragement. I currently teach yoga locally in Chester County, PA, and host weekly online breathwork classes, creating accessible spaces for anyone to explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in their daily lives.
