Awakened Living

Awakened Living is a 3-month 1:1 container - a dedicated, supportive space designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and integrate your inner wisdom into daily life. Through reflection, embodiment, and gentle guidance, we create space for calm, insight, and conscious choice.

Session Structure & Investment:
- Bi-weekly sessions for 60 minutes over Zoom, phone, or in-person (6 total over 3 months)
- Self-study including inquiry, reflective prompts, and visualization practices
- Nervous system regulation including breathwork and mindfulness practices
- Values and alignment work
- Optional Support includes brief check-ins between sessions
- Investment begins at $450 for the 3-month container.

Yoga + Ritual

(Private Group Experience)
Create space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. This private, in-home group experience is designed to help you and your guests release stress, reconnect with your bodies, and simply be - without expectation or performance. This offering blends mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support nervous system regulation and embodied presence. No prior yoga experience is needed. This is not about doing more - it's about creating room to exhale, to be yourself, and to feel supported in community.

- Rates begin at $175 and are priced to reflect preparation time, travel, and the care taken to hold a supportive group container
